Love, INC.
Love, INC is a Christian networking organization for local agencies and churches to support one another in reaching the poor and needy of the Copper Country. Pastor Gehrke currently serves on the board of directors for this organization.
Love INC Linen Gap Ministry
Our congregation is specifically responsible for collecting and distributing linens to those referred by Love INC. The linens are housed at our church and those receiving them meet with volunteers from our church to receive their linens and spend time in prayer together.
Keweenaw Base Camp
The KBC is a local branch of Camp Luther and is used for team building, service, and wilderness adventures. There are also summer camps for high school students.
Salvation Army
In November we collect food to support the Salvation Army food drive. In December we adopt several local families and provide Christmas presents for each family member.
Little Brothers :: Friends of the Elderly
Our facility is used for dinners and other activities for this agency that seeks to provide friendship and support to the elderly in our community.
Habitat for Humanity
Volunteers from our congregation help to build affordable housing for people in need.
